If you are looking for Paradigm Recruitment, we are tucked away over in Indiranagar. Specifically, we are located at 1161 1St Main 2Nd Cross Hal, 3Rd Stage in New Thippasandra. It is a busy part of Bangalore, so there is always something going on outside our door. We spend most of our time talking to people and looking through stacks of resumes. Hiring is what we do all day. It is not always easy finding the right person for a job, but that is what keeps us busy and moving forward. Our office isn't one of those glass skyscrapers you see in the tech parks. It is more of a regular building on a side street. We have been here for a bit now and know the local area quite well. Sometimes the traffic on 1st Main gets a bit much in the evening, but that is just Bangalore for you. We just try to keep things simple and honest here. People come in, we have a chat about what they need, and we see if we can help out. No big speeches or fancy presentations. Just work. We have got a small team here at Paradigm Recruitment and everyone just pitches in where they are needed. It gets a bit noisy sometimes when we are all on the phone at once. But we like the energy of being in this part of town. It feels like a good place to be working. We are here most weekdays.
