Paradigm Recruitment Solutions

Paradigm Recruitment Solutions is a bit unique because we operate in two different spots. We have our place at Parvathy Bhavan in Mathoor, which is in the Pathanmthitta district of Kerala. Then we also have a presence near the New Vybhava Shree Hostel in Tavarekkere, Bangalore. It’s a lot of traveling back and forth sometimes. The Bangalore side is always moving fast because Tavarekkere is so crowded with people from all over. Kerala is much slower, which is a nice change of pace. We don’t have a massive office with a lobby or a receptionist. We just have our desks and our phones. Our work is mainly about talking to people and trying to figure out where they fit. It’s not always easy and it involves a lot of long hours. We don’t have a marketing department telling us what to say. We just tell it like it is. Some days are stressful when things don't go as planned, but that’s just the nature of recruitment. We try to be honest with everyone we deal with. We don’t make big promises we can’t keep. Being in two different states keeps us on our toes. We have to manage the paperwork for both locations, which can be a bit of a headache. But we’ve been doing this for a while and we’ve found a rhythm that works. It’s a small, practical operation and we’re happy with that.
