Pancea Technologies, Bangalore

Pancea Technologies is over at No 37 in Bangalore. We’re located in Satpthagiri Nivas, which is near Pavitra Paradise. The building belongs to Ashwath Narayan, and we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. Being near Pavitra Paradise is helpful because everyone knows where that is. Our office is a simple place where we do our daily work. We aren't a big corporation with lots of rules and fancy uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable and get the job done. The neighborhood is pretty lively, and there’s usually a lot of noise from the shops and the traffic nearby. We handle technology stuff, but we don’t use a lot of big words to explain it. It’s just what we do to pay the bills. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty with all the construction going on in the city, but we just clean it up and keep going. Pancea Technologies is just a small outfit. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. It’s just a few of us making sure everything runs the way it should. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years, but we’re still here at this same address. We don't have a grand vision or anything like that. We just show up every day, work hard, and try to do right by the people who hire us. That’s the whole story for us.
