Most people around here call us Pafex, but the full name on the paperwork is Prakash Air Freight Pvt Ltd. Our office is located at H No 25/5, on 13th Main in Kodihalli, Bangalore. We are right at the 5th Cross. It’s a pretty active area with lots of small businesses and houses mixed together. We’ve been handling freight and shipping from this spot for a long time now. The office isn't anything fancy; it's basically a house that we've turned into a workspace. It gets a bit crowded with all the logs and shipping documents, but we manage just fine. We don't have any big corporate mission statements or polished speeches. We just focus on getting packages where they need to go. 13th Main can get very busy with traffic, so it’s always a bit noisy outside, but we’re used to it. The team here is small and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We aren't trying to be a massive global corporation; we just want to do our job well and keep our customers happy. Kodihalli is a good spot for us because it’s central enough to get around Bangalore-08 easily. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking on deliveries. It’s a straightforward, busy environment. We just keep our heads down and make sure the freight keeps moving every day. No bells or whistles, just honest work in a regular neighborhood office.
