We've been here on 7th Main for a while now. Padmavati Mobiles isn't a big flashy showroom, just a regular shop where people come when their phone screen breaks or they need a new tempered glass. Yeshwantpur is a busy area, so we see a lot of people coming in from the nearby market or the station. Usually, it's just someone wanting a quick recharge or maybe looking for a cheap second phone. We keep a stack of different cases and chargers on the shelves. It gets dusty sometimes because of the traffic outside at number 75. It's mostly just me and a couple of others here. We handle a lot of screen replacements. Sometimes the parts take a day or two to arrive, but we tell people that straight away. No point in making promises if we can't do it. We also sell those small basic phones that elderly people like. The shop isn't huge, but we make do with the space we have. Most of our regulars live right here in the neighborhood. They stop by just to ask about new models or if their battery is acting up. We don't have fancy displays, just some glass counters and a workbench in the back where the tools are. It’s a simple setup. If you are walking down the main road, you’ll see our sign. We try to keep things straightforward. People know us, and we know them. That’s how it works here.
