Padmavathi Shelters

Padmavathi Shelters is based in the Vishaal Eshwar Apartment over in Banashankari 3rd Stage. We are located at 180/A on Arunachalam Mudaliar Street. It is a residential neighborhood, so it is a bit more relaxed than the commercial hubs. We focus on real estate and housing around this part of town. We aren't some big-name agency with billboards everywhere. We just work out of this apartment, helping people find a place to live or helping them with their property sales. Banashankari is a nice, older part of Bangalore with lots of trees and quiet lanes. We know this area very well because we have been here for years. Our work involves a lot of talking to owners and showing people around different flats. We don't use any marketing tricks. We just show the property as it is and talk about the price. Sometimes the legal paperwork can be a headache, but we help where we can. It’s a very local business, and we like it that way. Most of our clients are just regular people looking for a home. We keep things simple and honest. Our office isn't fancy, just a room with some files and a table. We are just here at 180/A, doing our best to help folks with their housing needs every day.
