Padmaparna Chaudhuri Consulting (Opc) Private Limited is run out of an apartment on the 9th floor. We are in Apt D-902 of Sethna Power Tower 50, right on Agara Main Road in Babusapalya. Being up on the 9th floor gives us a bit of a view of the Bangalore skyline, which is nice when the sun goes down after a long day. It’s not a traditional storefront or a glass office building in a tech park. It’s a home-based setup where the actual work happens. The 560043 area is pretty active, but up here it’s mostly quiet. We don't have a team of receptionists or a big waiting room for guests. It’s just a desk, a computer, and a lot of focus. Sometimes the lift in the building takes forever, so you have to be patient when coming up. We don't use any fancy corporate jargon or talk about "synergy" here. It's just straight talk and hard work. The space is often a bit cluttered with books and papers, but we know exactly where everything is. Running an OPC means wearing many hats at once.
