Pacific Cellular

Pacific Cellular has been part of Jayanagar 4th T Block for a long time. Our shop is on 18th Main Road, at number 1809. It’s a nice area with lots of trees, though parking has become a bit of a nightmare lately for everyone. We spend most of our time looking at small screens and trying to figure out why they won’t turn on or why the battery is draining so fast. It can be frustrating work when the parts don’t arrive on time, but we just deal with it. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first opened the shutters. We used to know every single shopkeeper on the block by their first name. Now there are new buildings coming up and older houses getting torn down for apartments. It makes us feel like one of the older fixtures on the street. We don’t have a big team or a fancy system. It’s mostly just us doing the repairs and talking to the people who walk in. Some customers have been coming to us since they bought their first basic phone, and now they bring their kids’ smartphones for screen guards. We like the pace of Jayanagar. It’s not as crazy as the city center, but it stays busy enough to keep us on our toes from morning till we close at night. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
