It is a residential-style setup, which suits us just fine because it keeps things grounded and quiet. We are a private limited company, but we don't act like a huge corporation. It’s mostly a small team of us working out of this space. The building is on Survey Number 4/19, and it’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re familiar with the Yemalur area. We spend our days working on various consulting projects, mostly sitting at our desks and going through data. We don't have fancy brochures or a team of salespeople. We rely on doing a decent job so that people tell their friends about us. The atmosphere in our office is pretty casual. We talk about regular things while we work, and there’s usually some tea or coffee going. Kempapura Main Road can get busy, but once you’re inside Mathrusree Orchid Homes, it’s peaceful enough to get things done. We chose this location because it’s accessible without being in the middle of the most crowded parts of the city. We’re just regular folks trying to run a business and provide some helpful consulting services to anyone who needs them. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in Bangalore and we are happy to be here.
