If you know Sardar Patrappa Road, you know it’s a maze of shops and narrow turns. P T Telecom is located in New Tapkir Galli, at number 41334. It’s one of those spots where you have to watch your step because there’s always someone moving a crate or parking a bike. Our shop is small, and sometimes the clutter of wires and spare parts feels like it’s taking over the space. We’ve been in this alley for a long time, and we’ve seen shops come and go, but we’ve managed to stick around. We don’t do anything fancy here, just fixing up telecom stuff and phones. The walls are a bit yellowed from age, and the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound that we’ve just stopped noticing. It’s a real local vibe where people drop in just to ask for directions or to chat for a minute while we work on their device. We don’t have a website or a big staff. It’s just us and the tools we’ve been using for years. Sometimes the power goes out in the galli, and we just wait it out or use a torch to finish what we’re doing.
