P S T S Logistics is based out of unit 1403 in Kundalahalli Transport Nagar. If you have ever been to Transport Nagar, you know it is a place that never really sleeps. There are trucks coming and going at all hours of the night. Our office is a bit of a hub for all that activity. We have been handling logistics from this spot for a long time. It is mostly a lot of phone calls, tracking where the drivers are, and dealing with a mountain of paperwork for the loads. The office is simple, with some old desks and maps on the wall. It gets pretty dusty because of all the heavy vehicles moving around outside. We are a Private Limited outfit, but the work is very hands-on. Sometimes things go wrong with a truck or a delivery is delayed because of the weather, and we have to spend the whole day fixing the schedule. It is not a glamorous job, but it is necessary. We have a small group of people who handle the coordination. There is usually coffee or tea on the table because the hours are long. We do not use any fancy software, just regular logs and a lot of talking to the guys on the road. Being in Kundalahalli makes it easy for the trucks to get where they need to go eventually.
