We set up P S India Consulting Pvt Ltd over in the Whitefield area, specifically at number 119. Anyone who has spent time in this part of Bangalore knows what the daily grind is like, especially with the traffic on the way to work. Our office isn't one of those massive glass towers you see everywhere now. It’s a bit more modest than that. We do consulting work, which basically means we sit down with people and try to figure out better ways for them to run their operations or solve specific problems they are facing. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of looking at data on screens. We don’t dress in suits every day unless we absolutely have to for a meeting. Most of the time, it’s just us in regular clothes trying to get through the to-do list. The office has a small kitchen area where we make way too much coffee to stay awake during the afternoon slump. We aren't here to promise the world or use a bunch of buzzwords that don't mean anything. We just take on projects that we know we can handle and work on them until they are finished. Whitefield has changed so much since we started, with all the new malls and apartment blocks, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work. It’s a busy life, but it’s okay.
