You can find our workshop tucked away behind Jayamaruthi Tent in Sunkada Katte. It’s just off Chairman Cariaana Road, right near Magadi Main Road. It’s a bit of a dusty area but we’ve been working here for quite some time. We do a lot of metal work and fabrication stuff for the people around here. The shop is full of welding gear and scraps of iron. Sometimes it’s hard to hear yourself talk when the grinders are going, but that’s a workshop for you. We don’t have a website or anything like that. Most folks just hear about us from their neighbors or see the sign when they’re driving past the main road. We keep the doors open most of the day unless it’s raining really hard. It’s a basic setup. We have a few benches and enough space to move the heavy stuff around. The guys here have been doing this for years, so we know our way around a torch. We don't make things sound fancier than they are. If you need something welded or a gate fixed, we just get on with it. It’s a lot of manual labor and long hours, but it’s what we know. Sunkada Katte is a busy place, and there’s always someone needing a bit of repair work done. We just take it day by day and try to get every order out of the door on time without too much fuss.
