We’ve been at this spot in Jayanagar 1st Block for a while now, specifically over at Survey No 685 in the Kothari Block. It’s right there by Anand Vasath at the Bibvewadi Corner. Most days start with a lot of coffee and sorting through stacks of papers because that's just how the housing finance world goes. People come in from all over the 4th T Block area asking about how to get their own place or what the current rates look like. It’s not always easy explaining the fine print, but we try to keep it straight. The office gets a bit noisy when it’s busy, especially with the traffic outside on the corner, but we’re used to it. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the main office or checking on applications. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is a pain, but we manage to get things done eventually. It’s a practical kind of place, nothing too fancy. If you're walking past the Mamtha Skul area and head toward the corner, you'll find us. We don't have a big flashy sign, just the usual setup. Some of us have been working here for years and know the local streets like the back of our hands. It’s just work, helping folks figure out the money side of buying a home. We keep the doors open, handle the files, and try to stay on top of the regulations that seem to change every other month.
