We set up P M Traders over on Kanakapura Road, specifically on the 10th Main Road. It’s a good area to be in because there’s always something going on. Our place is pretty straightforward. We have an office area and some storage space for our goods. It isn't a massive warehouse, but it’s enough for what we do. We’ve been here for several years now, and we’ve seen the road change a lot as more buildings go up. Most days, we spend our time on the phone or checking through our stock. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or have a big sales team. It’s just us doing the work and making sure everything is where it should be. The office can get a bit warm in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. We have a small table where we sit and eat our lunch, usually whatever we brought from home. People stop by to pick things up or just to check on prices. We talk to them like neighbors because that’s basically what we are. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a group of people trying to run a decent business. If you're driving down 10th Main, you can't really miss us. We try to keep the front tidy, but with all the deliveries coming in, it’s a constant battle with the cardboard boxes.
