Out-House Catering Services

Out-House Catering Services is located at 9/9, 1st Cross in Ejipura, Bangalore. If you know Ejipura, you know the streets are narrow and it can get very crowded with bikes and delivery vans. Our place is right there in the middle of it. It’s more of a functional kitchen and staging area than a fancy office. There is always a lot going on, especially early in the morning when we are getting things ready. You’ll usually smell onions frying or spices being ground if you walk by the building. The space is simple, and we use every inch of it. There are crates stacked up and big stainless steel pots everywhere. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but we know where everything is. The 1st Cross is a busy little lane, and we are constantly moving stuff in and out for deliveries. Bangalore’s humidity doesn't help when you’re near a stove, so we have big fans going all day. It’s hard work and the floor is usually a bit wet from cleaning up after a shift. We don't have any corporate polish here. It’s just a group of people making food and making sure it gets to where it needs to go on time. That’s pretty much all there is to it at our Ejipura spot. We stay busy and keep the stoves going from early until late.
