We operate out of the ground floor at Golden House. It's tucked away in Mattadahalli Extension, specifically on 15th Cross in Prakash Nagar. Finding us can be a bit tricky the first time because of how the blocks are laid out, but once you find the 1st Block, it’s easier to spot the building. Osource India Pvt Ltd has been in this building for a bit. The office isn't very large, but it fits what we need for our daily work. We usually have the fans running all day because it gets a bit warm in the afternoons. There are desks everywhere and papers piled up in the corners, which we try to sort through every Friday before we leave. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the heavy rain starts and the roads get messy. We don't do much in terms of decorating the place. The walls are mostly plain and we have some old filing cabinets that have definitely seen better days. We just focus on getting the work done and heading home at the end of the shift. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall around the corner during our breaks to stretch our legs. It’s a quiet enough area during the day, which helps us stay concentrated on our tasks. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years with new shops coming and going. It feels like a real lived-in space. It's just a regular workplace with regular people.
