Our office is tucked away at 4/28, near the Hanuman Temple on 2nd Cross in Madiwala. If you know Bangalore, you know Madiwala is always buzzing with energy and people moving around. Being near the temple means we often hear the bells and the morning prayers, which is a nice way to start the workday. We are a private limited company, but we don't act like a big corporate entity. Our space is functional and a bit old-fashioned. There are plenty of wooden desks, some old filing cabinets that squeak when you open them, and a lot of blueprints or technical documents lying around depending on what we are working on that week. The 2nd Cross is a narrow street, so it can be a bit of a squeeze if two cars try to pass each other. We mostly stay busy with our internal projects and coordination. We have a small kitchen area where someone is almost always brewing tea or heating up lunch. It’s a very human atmosphere—people get annoyed when the printer jams, and we celebrate small wins with some local sweets. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just show up, do the work required for the business, and maintain our little spot in this busy part of the city. It’s practical, sometimes a bit messy, but it’s how we’ve always operated.
