You’ll find us out on Bannerugatta Road in the Gottigere area of Bangalore. It’s quite a way out for some people, but we like being a bit removed from the very center of the city. Our office is a straightforward space where we handle recruitment and sourcing. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us here. We spend our mornings on the computer and our afternoons talking to candidates. The area around Bangalore 83 has changed so much lately with all the new buildings. We’ve stayed pretty much the same, though. We just focus on finding the right people for the jobs we have on our list. It’s a lot of searching and calling. Sometimes we stay late when a project is moving fast. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a person in a suit greeting you. You just walk in and we’re there working. The traffic on Bannerughatta Road can be a real headache, so we usually get in early to beat it. It’s a practical way to work. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just look for people who need jobs and try to help them out. It’s a regular job for us, and we try to do it right without making a big fuss about it.
