Orbit Communications

I’ve been running Orbit Communications at 198 Bel Main Road in Rajmahal Vilas 2nd Stage for a while now. This area is a bit quieter than the main markets, which I like. We are a small team, mostly just myself and a helper who comes in during the afternoons. Our main focus is helping people with their mobile phones, whether it is a software issue or a hardware fix. We also keep a decent stock of chargers, earphones, and basic accessories that tend to break often. The shop is organized, but it is definitely not a showroom. You will see tools and parts scattered around the back where we do the repairs. I think people appreciate that we are just regular folks who know how to fix things. We do not try to sell you stuff you do not need. If your phone is too old to fix, I will just tell you that straight up. It saves everyone time. We have regular customers from the Rajmahal Vilas area who stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about their settings. It is a nice community feeling. We do not have a big marketing budget or a social media page. Word of mouth is how most people find us. We just open up in the morning, do the work that needs doing, and head home once the sun goes down. It is a steady life and we like it that way.
