Oracle India Pvt Ltd is based in the IBC Knowledge Park on Bannerghatta Road in Bangalore 560029. We are specifically located at 4/1, Tower D on the 6th Floor. This is one of those big office parks that you see all over this part of the city. It’s a lot different than being on a small street. You have to go through security at the main gate and then again at the tower entrance. The lifts can take forever during the morning rush when everyone is trying to get to their floors. Our space on the 6th floor is pretty big. It’s mostly open-plan with a lot of rows of desks. The windows look out over Bannerghatta Road, and you can see the endless stream of buses and cars stuck in traffic below. It’s a bit more formal here than some of our other spots, but it still feels like a place where people are just trying to get through their shift. The air conditioning is usually a bit too cold, so most of us keep a sweater at our desks. There’s a cafeteria in the park where people go for lunch, but it’s often very crowded and noisy. We mostly just stick to our floor and do our work. It’s a busy, functional environment. There are no fancy decorations or anything, just a lot of people and a lot of computers in Tower D.
