Opportunity Knock Consultancy, Bangalore

We call ourselves Opportunity Knock Consultancy and we’re based in Bangalore. There’s been a bit of a mix-up with our address in some of the records lately, but we are definitely here in the city. Bangalore is a big place and it can be hard to keep everything updated, but we’re around. We spend our days talking to people about their careers. It’s a consultancy, so it’s a lot of meetings and looking at what companies need. We aren't a big corporate firm with a fancy floor in a tech park. We keep things pretty simple. Most of our work is done over the phone or in small meetings. Being in Bangalore, everything moves really fast and everyone is always looking for the next big thing. We try to help people find where they fit. It’s not a perfect science. Sometimes we spend hours looking through profiles and nothing seems to match. Other days, everything just clicks. We don't have a big polished image. Our office is a bit cluttered with papers and coffee mugs. We don't have a fancy mission statement either. We just want to help people find jobs and help businesses grow. It’s a busy city and we’re just a small part of it, trying to do our work as best as we can every day.
