You can find us at 17 Rajajinagar, where we have set up One Square Hardware & Software Solutions. It is a bit of a mix here because we handle both the physical parts of computers and the programs that run on them. Some days the shop is full of opened-up laptops and scattered screws, and other days we are just sitting quietly working on some software updates. Rajajinagar is a great area with a lot of people passing by, so we get a fair amount of walk-in traffic from folks who have cracked their phone screen or cannot get their computer to turn on. We are not a big chain store, so things are a bit more personal here. We might take a bit longer to explain what is wrong with a device because we want the customer to actually understand the problem. Our workspace is a bit cluttered, but we know exactly where every screwdriver and spare cable is kept. It is a busy life, balancing the hardware repairs with the software side of things, but it keeps the days interesting for us. We do not use a lot of technical jargon if we can help it; we would rather just tell you if something can be fixed or if it is finally time to buy something new.
