Our office is located right on the second floor of 447/A in the JP Nagar area. We are sitting directly next to the Tirumala Temple, which means we get to hear the morning bells and the chanting throughout the day. It is a small team of us here, mostly just sitting at our desks with our laptops and a lot of coffee. We spend a massive amount of our time looking through piles of resumes and calling people for interviews. Sometimes the telephone just does not stop ringing from morning until evening. It gets pretty hectic when several different companies all need new staff at the exact same time. We are definitely not one of those big fancy agencies with glass walls and expensive rugs. It is just a plain office with some desks, basic chairs, and a lot of paper files that we really should get around to organizing better one of these days. People walk up the stairs to see us and they are usually a bit out of breath by the time they reach the door. JP Nagar is a very busy part of town, so finding a place to park your scooter can be a real headache most mornings. We try our best to help people find jobs that actually match what they know how to do. It involves a lot of matching names to different roles and just hoping that things work out for everyone involved. Sometimes it goes great and someone gets a career, and other times it just doesn't click.
