Om Shakthi Tele Communication

We've been here at Bommasandra Industrial Estate for quite a while now. Our shop is right on Drive In Road, specifically at 145/B. It’s a busy spot with all the factories and people coming and going for work every single day. Om Shakthi Tele Communication started out just helping folks with their basic phone connections and recharges years ago. Nowadays, things have changed a lot with smartphones and fast internet, but we're still here doing the same basic stuff. People stop by on their way home or during their lunch break to get things sorted. It gets quite dusty sometimes because of all the heavy traffic outside, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We handle a lot of small repairs and SIM card issues that people can't fix themselves. My cousin helps me out behind the counter most days of the week. We don't have a big fancy office or a shiny showroom, just a small counter with enough space to talk to our customers properly. Sometimes the internet connection is a bit slow, and we have to ask people to wait for a minute. It’s just a normal, everyday shop where you can get your phone problems fixed without much fuss. If you’re around the industrial estate, you probably already know the building we are in. We try to keep things simple and just fix what really needs fixing. It’s been a long journey. We’re just regular people making sure everyone stays connected.
