You can find us on the ground floor of Wilson House, right there on Nagardas Road. We’ve been in JP 1st Phase for a bit now. The shop isn't huge, but it's packed with screens, cases, and tiny screws. We spend most of our time looking through magnifying glasses at phone boards. It’s a lot of patience. People come in when they drop their phones or when the battery won't hold a charge anymore. We see a lot of cracked glass every day. It’s a busy spot in Andhari East 1400, so there’s always someone walking in. We try to get things back to people as fast as we can because nobody likes being without their phone for long. We have a lot of different cables and parts hanging on the walls. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we know everything, we just try to fix what’s broken. Sometimes we can't save a phone, and we'll tell you that straight up. We’re just regular folks who enjoy working with electronics. The lighting in here is bright so we can see the small parts. It’s a decent place to spend the day. Most of our customers are from the neighborhood and we like seeing familiar faces. We keep a bowl of water outside for the stray cats, and they sometimes hang around the door when it’s hot. It’s a simple life.
