We are located right on the Pipeline road in Malleswaram, which is a busy little area. Our office is in a simple building, J51, and it's mostly just desks and filing cabinets filled with resumes. We spend the day talking to people looking for work and companies that need help finding staff. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting in front of screens. Sometimes the room gets a bit crowded when three or four people show up for interviews at once, so we have to shuffle chairs around. Malleswaram has that old Bangalore feel, and we like that. You can hear the bustle from the street all day long. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one so people can find the door on the 1st Cross. The paint on the walls could probably use a touch-up, but we’re too busy matching people with jobs to worry about that. We keep a kettle in the back for making tea because it helps when the afternoon slump hits. It’s a straightforward business. We look at a lot of paperwork and try to make sense of what everyone needs. People come to us from all over the city, and we do our best to point them in the right direction without making things too complicated. It’s not a fancy office, but it works for what we need to do.
