Official Mobile

Our shop, Official Mobile, is at 65 Residency Road in Rampura. It’s a busy little place where we spend most of our time dealing with mobile phones. We sell some new handsets, but a lot of the people who come in are looking for repairs or accessories like cases and screen guards. We have a small workbench in the back where we do most of the fixing. It is usually covered in tiny screws, screwdrivers, and parts of phones that we are working on. We don't have a big, fancy storefront. It’s just a simple door on a busy street. We like it that way because it keeps us close to the people in the neighborhood. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to our customers. If something is broken, we show it to them and explain what needs to be done. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to get the phones back to their owners so they can get on with their day. Sometimes the shop gets a bit hot in the afternoon, but we have a small fan that keeps us going. We’ve been here for a while and have seen many people come back again and again. It’s just a regular local shop where we work hard and try to be fair with everyone who walks in. It is a good way to spend our days and meet people.
