We are based in Bangalore, specifically in Vivekanandanagar within Bsk 3rd Stage. The office is set up at Dhinakar Chellaiah’s place on the 3rd Mail Road. It is a quiet corner on the 7th Cross. Being in a residential neighborhood like this means things stay pretty calm. We don't have a huge staff or a big corporate floor. It’s just a small team working on our projects. We’ve got our computers set up and we spend the day mostly on those. Since it’s a C/O address, it has a very personal feel to it. It’s not like those cold offices in the tech parks. We see the same neighbors every day when we walk in. The work we do keeps us busy, but we always have time for a quick break. We don’t use any complicated systems; we just use what works for us. Sometimes we have meetings around a small table, and it’s all very informal. We like it this way because there isn’t any pressure to act a certain way. We just focus on the job at hand. The 3rd Cross is a nice little street. It’s easy to get to once you know where you’re going. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours, and it works for the kind of stuff we do. Most days, we are just focused on getting through our task lists and making sure the clients are satisfied with the results we deliver. It is a slow but steady process.
