Ntel Teletech

Ntel Teletech is sitting at number 7 on 9th Main Road in Mahalaxmi Puram, specifically the JC Nagar area. It’s a quiet part of the street mostly. We deal with various telecom things, mostly just whatever the locals need help with on their devices. The shop isn't very big, so if three people come in at once, it feels full. I usually drink my coffee at the back desk while waiting for the first customer of the day. The shelves have some old phone cases that have been there for ages. I should probably clear them out but they don't bother anyone. My neighbor runs the grocery store next door, so we talk over the wall sometimes. It’s a simple life running a shop in Mahalaxmi Puram. We don't have fancy lights or a big display window. Most of our business is just word of mouth from people who live on the same block. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the door, so we have to put a bucket out. It’s just an old building. I’ve thought about moving but the rent is okay here. People know they can just walk in and I'll see what I can do for them. No appointments or anything like that needed. We are just here from morning until the evening, doing what we can.
