Novo It Consultants is based in Jayanagar. It is one of those older parts of Bangalore where the trees still line the streets, though the traffic is getting worse every year. We spend most of our time staring at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working right. The office is pretty simple, nothing to brag about. We have a few chairs that probably need replacing soon and a lot of cables tucked behind the desks. Jayanagar is a busy place, so there is always noise from the street. We usually head out for lunch at one of the small places nearby because it is easier than bringing food. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just help people with their IT stuff when they call us. Sometimes the phones ring too much, and other times it is dead quiet. That is just how it goes here. We have a small team, and we all know each other's habits by now. It is a decent place to work. You get used to the rhythm of the neighborhood after a while. Most people who come by are local. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks done. If you are in Jayanagar, you might have walked past us without even noticing. It is just a normal office for normal people.
