Novel Team

We are based out of a ground floor space in Jayanagar 7th Block. Specifically, we're at 8th Cross, sharing a spot with Dharmaraj Pawar’s place at 503/43. Jayanagar West is one of those older, nicer parts of Bangalore where things feel a bit slower than the rest of the city. We’ve been here for a while now, just working on whatever projects come our way. Our team isn't very big, so we all know each other well. It's a pretty informal setup. You walk in and there’s usually a couple of us at our desks, probably drinking tea. We didn't want a huge office in some glass building. This ground floor spot works just fine for what we do. The 8th Cross is easy to find if you know the area well. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with people passing by, but it’s mostly peaceful. We handle our day-to-day operations right from here. Most of the time, we’re just busy with the usual office stuff. We don't have any fancy signs or anything. If you come by, you’ll see we’re just a bunch of people working in a regular neighborhood. It’s a decent place to be. We usually just stick to our schedules and try to get home before the Bangalore traffic gets too bad in the evening. It’s a straightforward life here at Novel Team. We don't have any big corporate rules, just common sense.
