Nms Communictions is based in Bangalore. We don't have a big fancy office in a tech park. Instead, we are just tucked away in a regular building. Being in this city means we are surrounded by tech companies, but we try to keep things more grounded. We work on communication systems and hardware. Sometimes the parts we need take forever to arrive, and we have to explain that to our customers. It’s not always perfect, but we try to be as clear as possible. The weather in Bangalore is usually nice, which makes the commute a bit more bearable, though the potholes are a different story. We have a few desks, some soldering irons, and a lot of wires scattered around. It looks a bit like a workshop because that is essentially what it is. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us, so this is just us speaking plainly. We take on jobs that come our way and try to fix things that others can't. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do decent work and go home to our families at the end of the day. There’s a small shop nearby that makes good coffee, and that’s where you’ll find us most mornings. We don't use scripts when we talk to people; we just say what’s on our minds and hope they understand.
