Nivara Paying Guest

Nivara Paying Guest is situated at 63/2 JP 1st Phase. We are right above Mahalakshmi Granite, so if you find the granite shop, you’ve found us. It’s a straightforward building with rooms for people looking for a place to stay. Most of our day is taken up by housekeeping and talking to the residents about little things like a leaky tap or the internet being slow. We have a small terrace where people go to get some air or hang their clothes to dry. JP Nagar is a busy area, but our street isn't the loudest. Inside, it's just normal life. We provide beds and the basic furniture someone needs. The kitchen gets busy in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work on time. We don't have any big corporate backing. It’s just us running the place and keeping things in order. The stairs are a bit narrow so moving luggage in can be a task. We’ve seen a lot of students and office workers stay with us. Some stay for a few months and move on, while others have been here for a year. We try to keep the place decent and clean without making a big fuss about it. It’s a practical setup for anyone needing a spot in the 1st Phase. We just go about our business and make sure the gates are locked at night.
