We are Nirmal Tele Links and we are located at number 30 on Sama Road in Gandhi Nagar. It’s a decent spot, right where all the action happens during the day. We spend most of our time at the counter handling whatever comes our way. Gandhi Nagar can be quite loud with the honking and the crowds, but you get used to it after a few months. Our shop is just a simple room with some shelves and a couple of computers. We keep things pretty straightforward here. No big fancy signs or anything like that. It’s just us doing our thing. Sometimes my neighbor from the shop next door comes over for a chat when things are slow. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't really had the time to get around to it. Sama Road is always busy, especially in the evenings when people are heading home. We try to keep the place tidy, but with people coming in and out all day, it’s a bit of a challenge. We don't have a huge staff, just a couple of us who know the ropes. It is a lot of work sometimes, but it keeps us busy. We like the neighborhood and the people who live around here. Most of them are very friendly.
