Niche Reqruitment

Niche Reqruitment is based at 545 Langford Town in the Rajajinagar Industrial Town Suburb. We’re right opposite the Divyashree Complex, which is a big landmark around here. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we do our daily work. We spend most of our time looking through piles of resumes and talking to people who are looking for a job. It can be quite a struggle to match the right person with the right company, but that is what we do every day. We aren't a big corporate firm with fancy offices. It’s just a few of us here trying to help local businesses find the staff they need to keep going. We handle things like factory workers and office help. The industrial town is always busy, so there is always someone looking for work. We try to keep our process simple. People walk in, we take their details, and we see what we can find for them. It’s a lot of phone calls and follow-ups. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with everyone coming and going, but we manage. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and know the local area quite well. If you are near Chandana, you can usually find us without too much trouble. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on the people who come through our door. It's just a regular local business doing its thing.
