You can find us at No.24 in Krisnarajapuram Chokha Bazar, right on the Kabutar Khana Road. We are situated pretty close to the Vinayaka Temple, so it is usually easy to spot if you are looking for the place. We spend most of our days talking to people who are looking for jobs and companies that need some help finding staff. It is a lot of phone calls and sitting through long interviews day after day. The area around us is always crowded with people, which actually helps us because we get to meet all kinds of folks. Our office is not anything special to look at, just a simple place with enough chairs for people to wait their turn. We have seen a lot of different people come through these doors, some looking nervous and some feeling excited. We try to listen more than we talk. Finding the right spot for someone takes a lot of time and we really do not like to rush it. Sometimes it is frustrating when things do not line up, but we just keep trying. It is just how this business goes. We have been in this part of town for a while and we like being near the temple. It has a good feel to it. We do not use fancy software to pick people; we just talk to them and see where they might fit. It is honest work and it keeps us busy.
