Our office is found at 42 BTM Layout, right on the Gnana Bharathi Main Road. It’s a place where we spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people on the phone. We get a lot of young people coming in looking for their first jobs, and we also see experienced folks who are just looking for a change. The office isn't very large, so it can feel a bit crowded when we have several interviews happening at the same time. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of paper everywhere. BTM Layout is always full of energy, and being on the main road means we hear the traffic and the street vendors all day long. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait for the pages to load, which can be frustrating when you’re in a hurry. We don't have a fancy corporate lobby with a receptionist. Usually, one of us just looks up from our desk when someone walks in. We try to be helpful to the people who come to us, even if we don't always have a job for them right away. It’s a lot of matching names to roles and hoping it works out for everyone. We’ve been doing this for some years now and have gotten used to the ups and downs of the hiring world. It’s practical work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
