We are Nextladder Consulting and our office is located in Bangalore South. Specifically, we are at C/O Ananya Chakrabarty and Partha Sarkar, 47/8(P), 47/9. It is a bit of a long address to write out, but it’s where we do all our work. Ananya and Partha started this place to help out with business consulting. We don't have a giant office with glass walls. It is a simple setup with desks and some chairs for when people visit. We mostly deal with day-to-day business problems that companies have. The neighborhood is okay, though the traffic in Bangalore South can be a real pain during the morning hours. We try to get in early to avoid the worst of it. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of staff. It is just a small team here. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing or big ads. Most people find us because they know someone we worked with before. We spend our time looking at files and talking to folks about their business needs. There is always a kettle going for tea in the afternoon. We try to keep things honest and practical. It’s just a normal office life for us in Karnataka. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just show up and do the tasks that need doing. It’s a steady way to live and work in the city.
