Next Generation Paying Guest

Living at Next Generation Paying Guest is pretty straightforward. We are located at F 102 in C V Raman Nagar, right inside Kavei Residency. It’s a convenient spot because Bagmane Tech Park is just a short walk away. A lot of young people stay here while they work their first jobs in the city. The rooms are basic but they have what you need—a bed, a place for your clothes, and some space to breathe. We have a cook who handles the meals, though sometimes the spice levels vary depending on who’s in the kitchen that morning. It’s a busy house. You’ll hear people talking on their phones in the corridors or the sound of the washing machine going at odd hours. We try to keep the common areas tidy, but with so many people coming and going, it’s a constant task. The Wi-Fi is the most important thing for everyone here, so when it goes down, we hear about it immediately from ten people at once. We don't have any big rules, just that people should be respectful and keep the noise down late at night. It’s like a small community. You see faces from all over the country. Some stay for months, others just for a few weeks until they find a flat of their own. It’s not a luxury hotel, just a place to sleep and eat while you're getting your start in the tech world. It works for us.
