Next Generation Mobile

Next Generation Mobile is tucked away in the Jayanagar G I D C Estate at 1833. It’s an industrial area, so it gets pretty dusty around here with all the trucks and workshops nearby. We aren't in a shiny mall or anything like that. We mostly deal with people who work in the estate or live close by and need their phones looked at. The shop has been in this spot for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the noise of the G I D C. Most of the time, it's just us at the counter waiting on parts or finishing up a repair. We don't spend much on advertising because people usually just find us when they have a problem. It’s a practical setup, mostly just workbenches and shelves full of old phone cases and spare bits. We try to keep things straightforward. If a phone can be fixed, we tell you, and if it's junk, we say that too. It’s more honest that way. Jayanagar is a busy place, and being in the estate means we see a lot of different people every day. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just keeping mobiles working so people can get on with their day. Sometimes the power flickers, but we have our backups. It’s just a normal local business trying to stay useful. We keep some tea and water for when folks have to wait a while. The streetlights outside don't always work, but the shop is usually lit up.
