New Heights Job Consultancy is over in Rajajinagar, specifically on 11th Cross. It’s kind of an interesting spot because we are located in the 31st Gayatri House Building, which also happens to be a girls hostel. It’s a busy building with people coming and going all the time. Being on West Chord Road means there is always something happening outside. Bangalore traffic is what it is, so we usually tell people to give themselves plenty of time if they’re coming by for an interview or to drop off a resume. We focus on job consultancy stuff, which basically means we spend most of our mornings looking through applications and talking to companies that need staff. It’s not always easy matching the right person to the right job, but we’ve been doing this for a bit now. The office is pretty simple. We don’t have any big flashy signs or anything. It’s just a place where we sit down with people and see what kind of work they are looking for. Sometimes the building gets a bit crowded, especially in the evenings when everyone is back from work or college. We’ve stayed in this Bangalore location because it’s central for many of the people we work with. It's just a regular office life here, drinking too much tea and trying to keep the files organized while helping people find their next role.
