You can find us at Venkateshwar Nilay in Basaveshwar Nagar. We are on 8th Main, right in the heart of this part of Bangalore. Being a consultancy, we spend a lot of time talking to people. Our office isn't one of those glass towers. It’s an older building that has a bit of character. We are on a street that gets quite busy during the school run and the evening commute. Inside, we have some filing cabinets that have seen better days and a few sturdy tables. We deal with a lot of paperwork and meetings. People come by to ask for advice or get help with their business needs. We don't have a scripted way of talking to anyone. If you come in, we just talk to you like a neighbor. The local shops around here are great for a quick snack. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Despite the "New Era" name, we are pretty traditional in how we handle things. We prefer a face-to-face chat over a long chain of emails. It just feels more real that way. The office is usually humming with the sound of a few computers and the occasional printer. It is a practical place for practical work. We keep it humble and focused on the tasks at hand. It is just what we do every day.
