We are based in Hosur Layout, at Mount Vert Mark on Sus Road 72. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the city center, which we appreciate. The office is on an upper floor and it’s pretty basic. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of folders. We spend our time talking to people who are looking for new jobs or companies needing extra hands. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails every single day. Sometimes we have to tell people that there aren't any openings, which isn't the fun part of the job. We don’t have any flashy posters or corporate mission statements on the walls. It’s just a place where we work. We’ve got a small balcony where we take breaks and look at the traffic on Sus Road. The team here is small, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the paperwork gets ahead of us. People find us because they live nearby or they saw our name on a list somewhere. We don't do big marketing campaigns. We just sit here, do the interviews, and try to help where we can. It’s a steady job and we like the people we meet. Hosur Layout has been a good home for us since we started this whole thing up.
