New Anu Comforts P G Accommodation is located over at 37 JP Nagar in the Kenchenhalli area. We are quite close to the Indian Medical Shop, which makes it easy for people to find us when they first arrive. This place is mainly for people who need a spot to stay while they work or study in the city. We have different rooms and try to keep everything in working order. It’s not a hotel, so it feels more like a shared house where everyone has their own space but also sees each other in the halls. We spend our time managing the daily needs of the building, like fixing a leaky tap or making sure the common areas are okay. Living in JP Nagar is pretty convenient for most of our residents because of the shops and transport nearby. We don’t have a lot of rules, just the basic stuff so everyone gets along. The building has been here for a while, and we try to keep it as homey as a PG can be. It’s a simple life here. We see people come and go, some stay for months and others for just a few weeks. It’s a lot of laundry, cleaning, and making sure everyone is settled in. We aren't trying to be anything other than a place for someone to sleep and keep their stuff. We deal with the day-to-day issues as they come up, and that keeps us busy enough. That’s really all there is to it.
