Our spot is called Rajalakshmi Nilayam, number 17, over in Raghavendra Nagar Extension. We are right on the Kalkere Main Road in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore. It’s a 560016 pin code if you’re looking it up. Neotecra India isn't some giant firm in a glass tower. We are just a group of people working out of this building. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so you see kids playing and people going to the market while we are working. It makes the day feel a bit more human. Our office inside is nothing special. We have our desks, some old chairs, and a lot of paperwork that never seems to go away. We handle the technical side of things without making a big fuss about it. There’s no corporate talk here, just regular conversations about what needs to be finished by Friday. Sometimes the Kalkere Main Road gets really loud with the buses, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We like the fact that we can walk to the local shops for a break. We don't have any big plans to expand or move to a fancier part of Bangalore. We are happy right where we are in Ramamurthy Nagar. It feels like home, and it’s where we do our best work without any extra distractions. Just a simple office in a regular neighborhood.
