We’ve been tucked away here at 3/1 on the 1st Main Road in Shampur for a good while now. It’s a busy corner of Rabindranath Tagore Nagar, especially when we are loading up the trucks early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. Most days, you’ll see our guys moving boxes around or checking the inventory lists. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical space where we keep the tape, the bubble wrap, and the blankets. Vishram Nagar has a lot of people coming and going, so we stay pretty active. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it tricky to maneuver the big vehicles, but we manage. People stop by to ask for quotes or just to grab some spare cartons they need for their own stuff. The walls inside are lined with shelves full of supplies we’ve gathered over the years. It’s mostly just hard work and manual labor. We don't have a big front desk or anyone in a suit waiting to greet you. Usually, it's just someone with a clipboard and dusty shoes. We know this neighborhood well because we've walked these streets carrying heavy furniture more times than I can count. It gets noisy with the shouting and the sound of tape dispensers, but that is just how it is. We spend a lot of time organizing things so nothing gets lost in the shuffle of a move.
