Neo Foods is based in the Niton building, which is in Vasanth Nagar. We are down on the ground floor of the E Block on Palace Road. It is a busy part of town with the palace nearby and all the traffic. Our office is where we handle the business of food supplies and distributions. It is not a kitchen or a restaurant, so you won't smell much cooking here. Instead, it is mostly boxes of samples, invoices, and people talking on their mobiles. Being on the ground floor at number 11 makes it easy for people to drop in, but the building is quite large. We have a lot of cupboards filled with different products we are looking at. Sometimes the lobby gets crowded with people coming and going from the other blocks. We stay busy tracking orders and making sure the logistics side of things is moving. Vasanth Nagar is a good spot because it is central, though finding a spot for the car is always a struggle. The office has that typical fluorescent lighting and the sound of printers going. We are a private limited company, but the atmosphere is pretty casual. We just focus on the food trade and getting through the daily list of chores. It is a lot of coordination between suppliers and the people who actually need the goods. The ground floor is convenient because we do not have to wait for the elevators in the Niton building, which can be quite slow during the busy lunch hour.
