Nayaks Condiments

Nayaks Condiments is situated over in the Patel Industries Estate on Yamuna Mill Road. Our specific spot is number 140 in the Pratapnagar part of Malleshwaram. Being in an industrial estate means things are always moving around us, with trucks and deliveries happening at all hours. We’ve been at this for a long time now. The building we’re in is sturdy but it’s definitely seen better days. Inside, we keep things as organized as we can, though with so many different items it can be a challenge. You can usually tell you’re getting close to our place because of the different smells in the air. We don't have a big storefront for walk-ins, it's more of a workspace where we get everything ready. It’s a family-run kind of feel even if we have some extra help. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure everything is where it should be. The floors are concrete and the lighting isn't the brightest, but it works for what we do. We don't really do any fancy promotions. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been using our stuff for years. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, but we’re used to it. Malleshwaram is a great area to be based in even if it’s getting more crowded lately. We just focus on the daily production and getting orders out the door.
