National Consumer Fair India

We operate out of the Kedia Arcade on Infantry Road, specifically at No. G9. It’s right in the heart of Bangalore. Most of our work involves planning out these big consumer fairs you see happening in different cities. It takes a lot of coordination to get hundreds of stalls and vendors in one place. Our office is where all the boring stuff happens, like permits, floor plans, and endless lists of who is selling what. We’ve been doing this for a long time. It’s a bit of a cycle; we plan for months, the fair happens, it’s total madness for a few weeks, and then we tear it all down and start over. The office stays busy even when there isn't a fair going on because there is always another one coming up. We have stacks of old maps and flyers everywhere. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. Infantry Road is always crowded, so getting to work can be a bit of a chore. We don't really have customers coming to the office much; we usually meet them at the fairgrounds. We’re just a bunch of people making sure the stalls have power and the gates open on time. It’s a lot of logistical headaches, but we’re used to it by now. We usually just grab a quick lunch from a nearby stall and get back to the spreadsheets to finish the day.
